Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason your skid steer or excavator is damaged due to delivery we will repair or replace your unit free of charge. If parts or accessories become damaged due to improper use we cannot accept return of the unit and only offer replacement or repair assistance. All units come with a Standard Warranty so please see each unit for the outlined policy. All Sales are final and units cannot be returned if delivered in working order. Questions? Upon delivery of the unit, a walkaround is to be performed and any damage from shipping or delivery is to be made note of and contact with us is to be made immediately. Rest assured that we offer complete after sales service and support for all of our customers. If at anytime after a purchase is made with us, your new machine has issues or warranty concerns we will work hand and hand with you to rectify the problem.
We have access to an extensive network of all available repair components and if there is a part that cannot be sourced locally we can have that part delivered within days. We are building an after sales network of certified mechanics that can meet you at your home our business to diagnose and a majority of the times, fix any issues that may arise from general use malfunctions. These issues have been a rarity for us but offering the comfort and peace of mind that we are here after the sale as well is what we are all about.
